About this week...

Regarding to our project, we filmed some scenes on Monday, but then, during the week we have been busy with this week of candidates, because all my team and I have helped Fernanda with a lot of things she had had to do in order to win and be the next queen of high school =). We made an agreement that we will continue filming on Saturday, when the shows, the ball and everything has passed, and hopefully Fer wins=).
So, tomorrow in the morning and afternoon we will be shooting the scenes that are left of the video, most of them are really important in the series, and I hope we could do a great job.
I'll keep you all informed about it...

Nuestro proyecto...

My team and I have worked so hard this week in our project of the series Murder we wrote. During the firsts days of the week we finished on planing the story, then, on Wednesday we recorded our first scene, which I must said is really cool, but during acting it, we had a lot of fun. Angel helped us with that scene, he hit Elisa, etc.,later you'll watch the video.
On Thursday, yesterday, we got together in order to finish with the details of which thing we will need for our next scenes, and this weekend we will record a lot of the series.
We hope you like it at the end...I'll keep you informed...
Have a nice weekend...

About The Ceneval...

Yesterday we finally did the very famous Ceneval, for which we've been preparating for weeks. It resulted to be a very logical exam, I felt that it wasn't that hard as I have imaginated. The thing is that it is a very long exam, and maybe while doing it you just want to finish it right away. Honestly, I was expecting that the most difficult part to me would be Math, but it wasn't at all, first of all because the excercices were about what we learned during junior high and high school, or at least most of them, and the rest, like a derivative that came in my exam was really easy, and that was fresh knowledge that we all have.
A thing that really helped me to do my best in the Ceneval is the fact that I studied from the two guides the teacher and Clemen provided to us, and also from a website. I really think I am gonna make it all right in this exam, at least I hope so =O...jajaja. Also, thanks Linda for preparing us in your classes, and refresh our minds with some topics we had forgotten=).

week 9

I am sorry I can't write anything until now, but I have no internet.

Well about this partial I think I felt good, but in the partial exam I got a bad grade son my final I am not satisfied, but what can I say, I am going to get better this next partial to be the best in the class I hope my brain to be ready so I can understand anything my teacher Linda Licón teach us.

For my proyect i am going to see what is wrong on our story, how can we be wrong, because our calculations were wrong, and me and my team we are going to get together and see what we can advance at.

More questions about Murder we wrote!

Here are the last four questions about Murder we wrote:

4. What methods are commonly used to find the time of death?

-The rate method:
As I understood, this method is applyed by analyzing or making comparisons between a proces (of a person behavior, for example) that we know as common, and the change that it presents since the moment of death. For example, the rigor moris (which is a change of body cells becoming rigid), the change of body temperature, or the putrefaction time.

-The concurrence method:
This method is really logical and exciting at the same time, because with it, forensics are able to prove that their hypothesis are true or not. This method is based on cheking elements of the person or environment that could tell us some specific details of the death hour, that could agree with the theories we might have thought before. For example, as the lecture says, a wrist watch stopped by a blow during an assault, the extent of digestion of the last meal (of the dead person) that was known.

5. What factors are considered in Algor Mortis?

-The size of the body.
-Clothing and coverings.
-Movement and humidity of the air.
-Immersion in water.
-Etc.

6. How does the environment affect the time of death?

It does affect it higly because the conditions of the enviroment are crucial in order to determine the precise time in which a body just passed away. The heat, the cold and the climatic situations are huge factors that lead into conclusions, with them, forensic scients can make an hypothesis about when does the body stopped working.

7. What can you tell about the different methods of temperature reading of the body? Do they make a difference in the results?

Well, those methods are really helpful to scientist in order to find the time of death of the body, they are very precise in the aproximations and truyle a really useful tool to find out the answers to their questions. Each method as I said is really precise and good, the results, whatever method you're using will be really similar.
